Tell me your Dreams by Sydney Sheldon was the very first book which changed my perspective towards books. The book was about three different girls who worked in a same company, there were so many murders in the beginning of the book and which made the story more interesting. As the story draws to the conclusion those three girls were proven to be one in the same. Sydney shelton provided a fascinating examination of different aspect of Multiple Personality Disorder through the character of those girls. After reading this novel I got interested in Psychology and searched about it and decided to take Psychology as my major.
Another book which grabbed my full attention was A Thousand Splendid suns by Khalid Hosseini. This book was about two Afghani women, Mariam and Laila whose life was twisted up with the history of recent war in their country. I felt so bad for them, that how they had to suffer such hardships in such young age.
Does My Head Look Big In This by Randa Abdel-Fatteh palyed a major role in my life. This book was a about a girl Amal a sixteen years old Australian-Palestinian-Muslim who decided to wear Hijab (veil) full time in her high school Junior year. The way she made a decision and stood on it gave me confidence. I read this book in the end of my high school year and started to wear hijab (head scarf) in college full time.
